Leadership Dryden (located in Northwestern Ontario, Canada) is a unique personal and community development program, designed to provide knowledge and skills to enhance the participant’s community leadership capacity.

Through this program, networks of people are developed who can work together to address community challenges; people who represent a diversity of cultures, thoughts, visions, and issues that make up the City of Dryden and the surrounding area. 

A sense of community trusteeship is instilled among a rising generation of leaders; resulting in an energized community working collaboratively for the benefit of all.
